First contact: We always get back to each candidate to inform about our interest in their application.
The phone interview aims at assessing you have the skills we are looking for. The phone interview aims to assess your technical skills and your motivation. It is often conducted by a person who has the same position (or/and an executive) and lasts around 30-40 minutes.
Meeting interview: for the technical positions, your skills in software development will be assessed (encoding, algorithm, conception, data structure, analysis skills). You will meet our engineers who will give you the vision of our framework. We will ask you to answer questions related to your technical skills: there is no right or wrong answers, what is important for us is the way you will solve the problems: creativity is essential !
Decision committee: after several interviews with your (potential) colleagues and the management team, your application is assessed by the whole team: each opinion counts so that it is a fair decision process. We hire talents and involve them in the next recruitment then: that is a virtuous circle which guarantees a united and efficient team!
Next stage: once you have been shortlisted, we make you a proposal. Recruitment is highly important for us and the process can last several weeks: so we thank you for being patient! At any moment you can contact us to have a talk or know the progress of the decision.
