To apply for a job: you can check our job offers but you can also send us your application if you adhere to our values, if you are motivated by our projects and want to bring your skills. Or if you have your own project.
First contact: Once you have applied, we will contact you to give you the answer regarding your application.
The phone interview aims at assessing the level of your skills and your motivation. It is often conducted by a person who has the same position (or/and an executive) and lasts around 30-40 minutes.
Meeting interview: for the technical positions, your skills in software development will be assessed (encoding, algorithm, conception, data structure, analysis skills). You will meet our engineers who will give you the vision of our framework. We will ask you to answer questions related to your technical skills: there is no right or wrong answers, what is important for us is the way you will solve the problems: creativity is essential !
Decision committee: after several interviews with your (potential) colleagues and the management team, your application is assessed by the whole team: each opinion counts so that it is a fair decision process. We hire talents and involve them in the recruitment process : that is a virtuous circle which guarantees a united and efficient team!
